  3. Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, traders, and risk managers, to ensure alignment of sovereign credit assessments with the bank's overall strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to sovereign credit risk management.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external rating agencies and government officials, to gather and validate information.
  6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the creditworthiness of sovereign entities, providing timely updates and risk assessments.
  9. Participate in credit review processes and make recommendations for potential changes to risk ratings or limits.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
  11. Proactively identify potential credit risk issues and work with stakeholders to implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  12. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all credit assessments and reports.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to sovereign credit risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis, Preferably With A Focus On Sovereign Credit Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Markets And Geopolitical Factors That May Impact Sovereign Credit Ratings.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis, With Experience Using Bloomberg And Other Financial Databases.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
