  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for finance graduates as part of the South Africa Learnership Graduate Program.
  2. Conduct orientation sessions to welcome and familiarize new participants with the program and its objectives.
  3. Coordinate with various departments and teams to provide on-the-job training and exposure to different areas within the finance industry.
  4. Monitor participants' progress and provide regular feedback and support to ensure their development and growth.
  5. Collaborate with program managers to identify and address any challenges or issues faced by participants during the program.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the program remains relevant and effective.
  8. Assist in the recruitment and selection process for the program, including reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
  9. Maintain accurate records of participants' performance and provide reports to program managers.
  10. Represent Citigroup and promote the South Africa Learnership Graduate Program at various events and career fairs.
