  1. Lead the technical implementation of the OpenLink Endur trading platform, ensuring its successful integration with our existing systems and processes.
  2. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical solutions.
  5. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the OpenLink Endur platform, providing timely support to end-users.
  7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the OpenLink Endur platform to identify potential opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices for utilizing the OpenLink Endur platform effectively.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining data security and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience As A Technical Business Analyst, Preferably In The Energy Trading Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Openlink Endur, Including Configuration, Customization, And Integration With Other Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Commodity Trading And Risk Management Processes, Including Front-To-Back Office Workflows And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Large-Scale Endur Implementation Projects, From Requirements Gathering To Testing And Deployment.
