- Develop and implement a technology strategy for the Audit, Legal, and CSIS departments in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Citigroup.
- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain technology solutions that support the business needs of the Audit, Legal, and CSIS departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Extensive Experience In Engineering And Technology: A Senior Engineering Head In This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Engineering And Technology, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Field. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Technologies And Have A Deep Understanding Of How To Implement Them In An Audit, Legal, And Csis Context.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements: In Order To Effectively Manage And Oversee The Audit, Legal, And Csis Technology Functions, This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Highly Regulated Industry, Such As Finance Or Technology, And Be Familiar With Compliance And Risk Management Processes.
