  1. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies for technology systems and processes in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead and manage a team of technology auditors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of audits.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability in technology systems and processes, recommending appropriate controls and solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and assess the impact of technology on business operations.
  5. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures related to technology, identifying deficiencies and proposing corrective actions.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology audit, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Act as a liaison between external auditors and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timely resolution of any issues.
  9. Conduct investigations and special projects as assigned by senior management.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of technology audit principles and regulatory requirements.
  11. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  12. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
  13. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including technology teams, risk management, and compliance.
  14. Represent the organization in external forums and conferences, sharing insights and best practices on technology audit.
  15. Uphold the values and standards of Citigroup, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Technology Auditing Or Related Field, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Large-Scale Audits And Teams.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Information Technology And Cybersecurity Risks, Controls, And Best Practices.

  • Extensive Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Audit Plans, And Executing Audits To Assess The Effectiveness Of Technology Controls.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Senior Management.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Are Highly Preferred.
