  1. Accurately and timely process securities and fixed income derivative trades.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  3. Monitor and analyze trade data to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  4. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to address any trade-related inquiries or concerns.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on financial market trends and regulations.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized trade records and documentation.
  8. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the trade process.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on securities and fixed income derivatives, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  12. Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion with a high level of attention to detail.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  14. Stay informed about new products and services in the securities and fixed income derivatives market.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Understanding Of Securities And Fixed Income Derivatives Products And Markets.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Middle Office Or Operations Role Within A Financial Institution.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Systems Such As Bloomberg, Murex, And Markit.
