  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve risk management and control processes across the organization.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance risk management practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in risk and control practices.
  4. Provide guidance and support to teams and individuals in implementing new risk management practices and procedures.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks and their impact on the organization.
  6. Monitor and report on key risk indicators and escalate any issues or concerns to senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  8. Lead and train team members on risk management policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate risk and control initiatives effectively.
  10. Participate in the development of risk management and control frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  11. Drive a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management and control processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of risk and control transformation initiatives.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  15. Represent the organization in external forums and conferences to share best practices and learn from industry peers.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Extensive Experience In Risk Management And Controls Transformation, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Sox, Basel Iii, And Dodd-Frank.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Large-Scale Risk And Controls Transformation Projects.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
