In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and submission of our RRP regulatory plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of resilience within the organization.   1. Develop and oversee the submission of Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) regulatory plans to regulatory bodies.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to RRP submissions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory changes and updates, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for RRP submissions.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of RRP submissions.
  6. Monitor and track progress of RRP submissions, providing regular updates to senior management.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve the RRP submission process and increase efficiency.
  8. Foster a culture of resilience within the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of RRP requirements.
  9. Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of RRP submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  10. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and respond to any inquiries or requests related to RRP submissions.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of competency and knowledge within the RRP team.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on RRP regulations and best practices, providing guidance and advice to other departments within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with risk management and business units to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans for RRP scenarios.
  14. Prepare and present reports on RRP submissions and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the RRP submission process to ensure it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements For Recovery And Resolution Planning, Including Experience With The Federal Reserve's Comprehensive Capital Analysis And Review (Ccar) And The Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (Dfast).

  • Strong Understanding Of Citigroup's Business Operations, Risk Management Framework, And Organizational Structure.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Submit High-Quality Recovery And Resolution Plans To Regulators.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Senior Management, Regulators, And External Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Risks And Issues Related To Recovery And Resolution Planning.
