- Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of real estate assets.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably Within A Large Corporate Or Financial Institution.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Property Managers And Support Staff.
Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Market Trends, Property Management Best Practices, And Relevant Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Tenants, And Other Stakeholders.
