  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues that may impact successful delivery.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, regularly communicating project updates and managing expectations.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for development and recognizing achievements.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in project management, incorporating them into project plans and processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Large And Complex Projects.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Program Management Lead Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans To Achieve Business Objectives. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of The Financial Industry And Be Able To Identify And Capitalize On Market Trends And Opportunities.
