  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's pension and benefits plans, including plan design, administration, compliance, and communication with employees.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to pension and benefits plans.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the company's pension and benefits offerings and improve employee satisfaction.
  4. Analyze and interpret financial data related to pension and benefits plans, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in pension and benefits policies and practices.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees, providing guidance and support on pension and benefits-related inquiries.
  7. Monitor and track pension and benefits costs and expenses, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to pension and benefits plans, and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.
  9. Conduct audits and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of pension and benefits data and processes.
  10. Foster a customer-centric approach, providing exceptional service and support to employees in regards to their pension and benefits plans.
  11. Train and coach team members on pension and benefits processes and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to manage and optimize pension and benefits services and offerings.
  13. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on the status and performance of pension and benefits plans.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pension And Benefits Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pension And Benefits Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Experience In Managing A Team And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
