- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's pension and benefits plans, including plan design, administration, compliance, and communication with employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to pension and benefits plans.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the company's pension and benefits offerings and improve employee satisfaction.
- Analyze and interpret financial data related to pension and benefits plans, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in pension and benefits policies and practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees, providing guidance and support on pension and benefits-related inquiries.
- Monitor and track pension and benefits costs and expenses, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to pension and benefits plans, and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.
- Conduct audits and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of pension and benefits data and processes.
- Foster a customer-centric approach, providing exceptional service and support to employees in regards to their pension and benefits plans.
- Train and coach team members on pension and benefits processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to manage and optimize pension and benefits services and offerings.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on the status and performance of pension and benefits plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pension And Benefits Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Pension And Benefits Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Experience In Managing A Team And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
