  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through partnerships with top brands and merchants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify new opportunities and negotiate deals.
  • Drive innovative marketing initiatives to increase card acquisitions and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and actively seek out new partnerships.
  • Develop and manage a budget for partner marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of partner marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on partnership initiatives and results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the consumer credit card industry and competition to drive strategic decision making.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Partner Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Partner Marketing, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Partner Marketing Strategies To Drive Card Acquisitions Growth.

  • Expertise In Card Acquisition Strategies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Credit Card Industry And The Various Acquisition Strategies Used By Competitors. They Should Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Growth And Develop Innovative Strategies To Increase Card Acquisitions.

  • Analytical And Data-Driven: In Order To Effectively Drive Card Acquisitions Growth, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Campaign Performance To Optimize Strategies And Drive Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Skills: As A Partner Marketing Role, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With External Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
