  1. Greet and welcome clients to the bank, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with their financial needs and inquiries.
  3. Educate clients on various banking products and services, and help them select the best options for their financial goals.
  4. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, following all bank policies and procedures.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and retention.
  6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and service targets.
  7. Continuously develop knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
  8. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and security procedures.
  9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  10. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
