  2. Provide exceptional banking services to clients in both English and Mandarin languages.
  3. Assist clients in understanding and navigating various banking products and services.
  4. Conduct financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of Citigroup's policies, procedures, and products.
  6. Utilize language skills to effectively communicate with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  7. Actively listen to clients' needs and identify opportunities to offer personalized banking solutions.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency In Both English And Mandarin: The Ability To Effectively Communicate In Both Languages Is Essential For This Role, As The Universal Banker Will Be Interacting With Diverse Customers Who May Prefer To Speak In Either Language.

  • Prior Banking Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In The Banking Industry Is Preferred, With A Strong Understanding Of Bank Products And Services, As Well As Familiarity With Banking Regulations And Compliance.

  • Customer Service Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Provide Exceptional Service To Customers.

  • Sales And Cross-Selling Ability: The Universal Banker Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Promoting Bank Products And Services To Customers, So Prior Experience In Sales And Cross-Selling Is Highly Desirable.

  • Flexibility And Availability: As A Part-Time Role, The Universal Banker Will Be Expected To Work Up To 20 Hours Per Week, With A Mix Of Weekday And Weekend Shifts. The Ability To Be Flexible And Available To Work During These Hours Is A Key Qualification For This Position.
