- Conduct thorough analysis of multifamily mortgage loan applications to determine creditworthiness.

- Provide recommendations for loan structures and terms based on risk assessment and market conditions.
- Meet deadlines and manage a high volume of loan applications while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Continuously improve underwriting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate underwriting decisions and reasoning effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend training and development sessions to stay current on industry changes and enhance skills.
- Represent Citigroup in a professional and positive manner when interacting with clients and other external parties.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior underwriters as needed.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Underwriting Multifamily Loans.
Knowledge Of Multifamily Loan Products, Including Fha, Fannie Mae, And Freddie Mac Programs.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess Financial Statements And Property Valuations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Team Members And Stakeholders.
