  1. Conduct quality assurance reviews of various models used within the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement testing procedures to evaluate the performance of models and identify potential areas of improvement.
  3. Monitor model performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are developed in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes related to model risk management to ensure compliance.
  7. Lead and mentor junior analysts within the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of model risk management policies, procedures, and documentation.
  9. Participate in audits and regulatory exams related to model risk management.
  10. Work closely with model developers to ensure proper implementation of model validation recommendations.
  11. Identify and escalate potential model risks or issues to senior management.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in model usage and validation processes.
  13. Continuously assess and improve model risk management processes and procedures.
  14. Provide support and guidance to other teams within the organization on model risk management best practices.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed records of model validation activities and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Risk Management, Internal Audit, Or Quality Assurance Role In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Model Risk Management Principles, Including Model Validation, Governance, And Ongoing Monitoring.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Quality Assurance And Testing Plans For Complex Financial Models.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
