Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of professional experience in Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior experience in Investment Banking and/or Corporate Development is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial modeling and analysis of potential merger and acquisition targets.
2. Develop and execute financial strategies in a timely manner.
3. Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful execution of strategies.
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Prepare presentations and documents as needed for Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives.
6. Monitor market trends and assess potential opportunities in the Mergers and Acquisitions space.
7. Provide recommendations for potential target companies and strategies.
8. Manage and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
9. Analyze financial data and develop meaningful insights to support decision making.
10. Monitor and report on the progress of Mergers and Acquisitions activities.
