Citigroup is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing detailed analysis and support in all areas of mergers and acquisitions.The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, and have a minimum of two years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Excellent skills in financial modeling, analysis, and communication are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate should be able to think outside the box and identify innovative solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed analysis and provide support in all areas of mergers and acquisitions.
  2. Develop financial models and analyze data to assess mergers & acquisition opportunities.
  3. Identify innovative solutions to complex problems.
  4. Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and track M&A processes and transactions.
  7. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
  9. Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Provide advice and guidance to senior management on M&A related matters.

Compensation
