Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute mergers and acquisitions strategies and plans • Analyze financial statements, corporate financials, and other financial documents • Perform financial valuations and modeling to evaluate target companies • Research and provide insights into potential acquisition targets • Develop detailed financial models and presentations for management • Participate in negotiations with potential target companies • Monitor and report on progress of mergers and acquisitions • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management • Oversee due diligence processes and post-merger integration • Assist with preparation of legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations
