Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data and information to identify potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities
2. Develop and execute financial models to assess the potential returns of proposed mergers and acquisitions
3. Research markets and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities
4. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to present on mergers and acquisitions
5. Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions
6. Monitor and evaluate post-transaction performance
7. Assist in due diligence activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
8. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as legal, tax, and accounting firms
9. Maintain current knowledge of the mergers and acquisitions market
10. Work closely with members of the team to achieve strategic objectives
