  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into project strategies.
  13. Demonstrate strong leadership abilities by motivating and inspiring team members to achieve project goals.
  14. Represent the IT department in meetings and presentations with senior management.
  15. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Expertise: The It Project Senior Tech Lead At Citigroup Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Technologies And Tools Used In Project Management, Such As Project Management Software, Database Management, And Coding Languages.

  • Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing It Projects, From Initiation To Completion. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Allocating Resources, And Managing Project Risks.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Senior Tech Lead, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Motivating A Team Of It Professionals, Including Developers, Testers, And Analysts. They Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills And The Ability To Come Up With Creative Solutions To Keep The Project On Track.
