Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Successful It Project Senior Manager At Citigroup Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Complex It Projects, Preferably In A Financial Institution. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting All Project Objectives.
Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With A Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Software Development Methodologies And Project Management Tools.
