Job Description

We’re looking for an IT Business Lead Analyst to join Citigroup and be part of our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will be a business leader responsible for providing strategic IT consulting and analysis to support the business initiatives of Citigroup.The ideal candidate should have strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, plus three or more years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role. Knowledge of banking industry standards, practices, and regulations is preferred.We’re looking for an individual with a passion for technology, who can bring innovative ideas and solutions to our organization. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and provide technical advice and solutions • Analyze business requirements, develop solutions, and create technical specifications to meet the needs of the customer • Create and review technical requirements, designs, and documentations to ensure accuracy and completeness • Develop reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence tools to provide timely and accurate information to the stakeholders • Provide training and support to the stakeholders on the use of IT systems • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions to improve efficiency • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the IT systems and identify areas of improvement • Monitor IT industry trends and technologies, and recommend and implement solutions that are in line with the needs and goals of the organization • Ensure that all IT processes are compliant with the banking industry standards, practices, and regulations
