- Lead the internal consulting team in identifying and assessing strategic initiatives within Citigroup.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business challenges through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the financial industry, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of consulting projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the consulting department.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Citigroup's business goals and objectives, and align consulting solutions accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between the consulting team and senior leadership, effectively communicating project updates and progress.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Management Consulting, With A Focus On Internal Consulting Solutions And Change Management.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Operational Processes Within The Banking Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Projects And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field; Mba Preferred.
