  1. Lead and manage the infrastructure middleware engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the global technology infrastructure and provide guidance and support to the team in implementing best practices.
  3. Collaborate with other teams and departments to understand business needs and provide innovative solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and availability of the infrastructure middleware systems.
  5. Identify potential risks and issues and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in middleware technology to drive innovation and improve efficiency.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  9. Manage the budget for infrastructure middleware projects and ensure efficient use of resources.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on project status and milestones to senior management.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  13. Lead by example and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
  15. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Infrastructure Middleware Engineering, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Middleware Technologies Such As Ibm Websphere, Oracle Weblogic, And Apache Tomcat.

  • Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Middleware Infrastructure In A Large Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
