Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in a confidential and ethical manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of all HR related information.
- Develop and facilitate employee training programs to enhance job performance and increase employee engagement.
- Research and analyze best practices in HR and recommend changes as needed.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on a variety of HR topics.
