Job Description

Citigroup is looking for an exceptional HR Advisor to join our team and help us create an engaging and rewarding work environment for our employees. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
  2. Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  3. Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in a confidential and ethical manner.
  4. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of all HR related information.
  5. Develop and facilitate employee training programs to enhance job performance and increase employee engagement.
  6. Research and analyze best practices in HR and recommend changes as needed.
  7. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  8. Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and satisfaction.
  9. Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
  10. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on a variety of HR topics.
