- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the success of the United States Personal Banking division.
- Lead and manage a team of personal banking professionals to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the division and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Citigroup to effectively promote and cross-sell to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments and divisions within Citigroup to identify and pursue opportunities for synergy and growth.
- Stay updated on industry developments and innovations, and identify opportunities to implement new technologies and processes to enhance the personal banking experience for customers.
- Represent Citigroup and the United States Personal Banking division at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the division, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and assess the division's performance and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals within Citigroup.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Personal Banking, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of The United States Banking Industry And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Growth And Profitability In Personal Banking Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
