  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for design and UX across all Citigroup services and platforms.
  2. Lead and manage a team of designers and UX experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of design and UX efforts.
  4. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Establish and enforce design standards and guidelines to maintain a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design and UX, and apply them to Citigroup's products and services.
  7. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and usability.
  8. Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  9. Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.
  10. Conduct regular usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Manage design projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging.
  14. Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
  15. Continuously monitor and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of design initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading Design And Ux Teams: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Design And Ux Teams, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery And Team Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Design Principles And Ux Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Design Principles, Ux Methodologies, And The Latest Industry Trends. They Should Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Drive Innovation And Create Best-In-Class User Experiences.

  • Proficiency In Design And Prototyping Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Proficiency In Design And Prototyping Tools Such As Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, Etc. They Should Also Have Experience In Using These Tools To Create High-Fidelity Designs And Prototypes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader Of A Design And Ux Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Present Design Concepts To Stakeholders, And Provide Feedback To Team Members.

  • Experience In Financial Services Industry: Citigroup Operates In The Financial Services Industry, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In This Field. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Industry's Unique Challenges And Be Able To Apply Design And Ux Strategies To Address Them.
