  11. Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders on matters related to culture, behavior, and organizational change.
  12. Represent the company in external events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices on culture and behavioral science.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging employees to bring new ideas and solutions to the table.
  14. Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, serving as a trusted resource for their culture and behavior-related concerns.
