  3. Conduct thorough analysis and risk assessments to identify potential capital needs and proactively address any shortfalls.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to establish and maintain effective capital allocation processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date on relevant market trends and regulatory changes to inform capital planning and management decisions.
  6. Manage and oversee the organization's capital budget and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to capital planning and management.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the board of directors on the organization's capital position and performance.
  9. Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for capital planning and management, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve capital planning and management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with other functional areas, such as finance, risk management, and investments, to optimize capital utilization and enhance overall financial performance.
