Head Concierge Banker

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Concierge Banker to join our team at Citigroup! 2. Develop strong relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport while demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
3. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet them.
4. Monitor customer accounts and provide financial advice and guidance.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
7. Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure customer service standards are upheld.
9. Maintain a current knowledge of banking regulations, products and services.
10. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and financial performance.
