  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans in collaboration with senior leadership team to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Conduct in-depth data analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving financial performance.
  3. Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial insights and reports.
  4. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and other materials to senior leadership team and key stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making and strategic planning processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to financial planning and analysis, and incorporate them into the organization's strategies and plans.
  9. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  10. Provide timely and accurate financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making processes.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis functions.
  12. Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in dealing with sensitive financial information.
  14. Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Experience In Presenting Financial Analysis To Senior Executives.
