The successful candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in equity research and a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field. A CFA designation is a plus. The Equity Research Analyst must have strong analytical and quantitative skills and be proficient in the use of financial databases. They must be able to interpret and analyze financial data and use it to provide sound investment advice.
