  1. Develop and implement digital FX strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for clients.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and technologies to effectively advise clients on FX solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to continuously improve and enhance digital FX offerings.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  6. Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on digital FX solutions, providing guidance and training to colleagues and clients.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our digital FX capabilities.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance at all times.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of digital FX sales.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in digital FX sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets: A Digital Fx Salesperson, Director At Citigroup Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Financial Markets, Especially With Regards To Foreign Exchange. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Currencies, Market Trends, And Risk Management Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record In Fx Sales: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record In Fx Sales, With A Strong Portfolio Of Successful Deals And Satisfied Clients. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships, As Well As Their Expertise In Fx Trading.

  • Technological Proficiency: In Today's Digital World, A Digital Fx Salesperson, Director Must Be Highly Proficient In Using Technology And Digital Tools To Execute Trades And Communicate With Clients. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Algorithmic Trading And Other Automated Fx Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Role, A Digital Fx Salesperson, Director Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Salespeople And Interact With High-Profile Clients. They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Financial Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Advanced Degree In Finance Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background Is Essential For A Digital Fx Salesperson, Director At Citigroup. Most Candidates Will Have An Advanced Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field, Which Demonstrates Their Knowledge And Expertise In The Industry. Professional Certifications, Such As The Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Designation, May Also Be Preferred.
