- Develop and implement comprehensive cyber and information security risk management strategies for the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and emerging technologies to proactively identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential security gaps and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure that security protocols are consistently followed and aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze security breaches and incidents, and provide timely and effective response and resolution.
- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees to ensure they understand and adhere to security policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and partners to ensure the organization has access to the latest security tools and technologies.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the current state of cyber and information security risks and mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber and information security matters, providing guidance and support to various teams and departments within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the organization's security posture to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the security team to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Strong Technical Background: A Cyber And Information Security Risk Manager At Citigroup Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Information Security Technologies, Processes, And Best Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Network Security, Encryption, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response.
Risk Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In Managing Cyber And Information Security Risks In A Large Organization. This Includes Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies, And Monitoring Risk Levels.
