Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Community Lending, Mortgage Lending, Or Community Development.
Knowledge Of Local And Federal Lending Regulations And Programs.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Portfolio Of Loans And Meeting Lending Targets.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Community Organizations And Stakeholders.
