- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the performance of existing pricing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of pricing strategies.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of pricing initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pricing optimization to continuously improve our approach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and drive pricing strategy.
- Train and educate team members on pricing principles and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Communicate pricing decisions and updates to relevant stakeholders and provide regular reports on pricing performance.
- Identify and address potential risks or challenges related to pricing and develop contingency plans when necessary.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In Pricing Optimization Or Product Management
Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills, With Experience In Data Analysis And Modeling
Knowledge Of Wealth Management Products And Services, With A Focus On Deposits And Interest Rate Pricing
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Pricing Strategies And Initiatives.
