  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and implement best practices for risk management and control.
  4. Monitor and analyze risk exposures, trends, and emerging issues to identify potential areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls.
  6. Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management processes, controls, and policies.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to promote risk awareness and educate employees on their responsibilities in managing risks.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and improve risk management practices.
  9. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks and control deficiencies to senior management.
  10. Participate in risk management committees and provide regular updates on key risk indicators and mitigation strategies.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management solutions and initiatives.
  13. Analyze data and prepare reports on risk management activities and trends to support decision-making.
  14. Continuously assess and improve risk management processes and controls to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on risk management principles and provide guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Risk Management Or Control Functions
