  1. Develop and maintain accurate and timely expense forecasts for all departments within the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze budget variances, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and finance team to establish budget targets and track progress throughout the year.
  4. Prepare and present budget reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies.
  5. Conduct regular audits of expense data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for expense forecasting and reporting.
  7. Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities in the budget and work with stakeholders to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  8. Lead the budget planning process, including coordination with various departments and providing guidance on budget allocation.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts on budget forecasting and reporting processes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems related to budget management.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on all budget-related matters and serve as a resource for other teams within the organization.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  14. Continuously review and improve budgeting processes to streamline and optimize efficiency.
  15. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to budget management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Budgeting, Expense Forecasting, And Reporting In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Software

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders

  • Experience With Budget Management And Expense Control Processes, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry
