As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of banking professionals to achieve our business goals and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the SAFE Act and its regulations, as well as previous experience in managing a team within the financial services industry.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives set by the company.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of banking professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulations related to the SAFE Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  5. Monitor branch operations and implement necessary changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and consistent delivery of services to clients.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management on branch performance, progress towards goals, and any potential issues or concerns.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure the branch is operating in compliance.
  11. Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and act as a role model for the team.
  12. Encourage and support the professional development of team members through training and mentorship.
  13. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mortgage Lending Regulations, Including Safe Act And Nmls Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth In A Branch Setting.
