Job Description

We are looking for a talented Audit Associate to join the Citigroup team. As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for performing audit activities in accordance with Citigroup's policies and procedures. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for audit, is highly analytical, and has a strong aptitude for problem solving.To be successful, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in internal or external audit, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also a must.If you are looking to develop your audit career with a leading financial services firm, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform audit activities in accordance with Citigroup's policies and procedures.
  2. Analyze financial data and identify areas of risk.
  3. Develop audit plans and identify areas of potential risk.
  4. Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders.
  5. Monitor financial operations for compliance with internal and external regulations.
  6. Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure audit objectives are met.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely completion of audits in accordance with established timelines.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Remain current on regulations and industry trends.
  10. Provide guidance and training to audit staff.
