- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand and capacity planning strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in demand and capacity planning to accurately forecast resource needs and ensure optimal resource allocation across the organization.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns in demand and capacity, and make recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and incorporate them into the demand and capacity planning process.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks in resource availability and work with stakeholders to develop contingency plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand and capacity planning, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand and capacity planning to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Effectively communicate demand and capacity planning strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on demand and capacity planning processes and tools.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Demand And Capacity Planning, Preferably In A Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategic Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Demand And Capacity Planning, As Well As Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools.
