  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand and capacity planning strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Utilize your expertise in demand and capacity planning to accurately forecast resource needs and ensure optimal resource allocation across the organization.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns in demand and capacity, and make recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and incorporate them into the demand and capacity planning process.
  5. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks in resource availability and work with stakeholders to develop contingency plans.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand and capacity planning, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand and capacity planning to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  8. Effectively communicate demand and capacity planning strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  9. Train and mentor team members on demand and capacity planning processes and tools.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Demand And Capacity Planning, Preferably In A Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategic Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Demand And Capacity Planning, As Well As Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools.
