  1. Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure successful delivery of mobile applications for Citigroup.
  2. Strategize, plan, and prioritize app development projects based on business needs and market trends.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Apps Development Group.
  4. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and promote career growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, product, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality apps.
  6. Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into app development.
  9. Ensure adherence to established development processes, standards, and best practices to maintain code quality and scalability.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity of the Apps Development Group.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In App Development: The Apps Development Group Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Programming Languages And Frameworks, As Well As Experience In Developing And Launching Successful Mobile Applications.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Manager, The Individual Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of App Developers. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Mentorship, And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: The Apps Development Group Manager Should Have Experience In Managing Complex Projects, Including Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams And Meeting Project Deadlines. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools.
