- Provide technical support for Citigroup's applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Lead a team of analysts to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system enhancements and improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

- Act as a subject matter expert for Citigroup's applications and provide guidance to team members.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Application Support, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems And Programming Languages, Such As Java, C++, And Sql.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Provide Timely Resolutions.
