- Lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for various banking processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions that drive growth and improve customer experiences
- Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the banking industry
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential use cases for AI and develop business cases to support the implementation of AI solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements when implementing AI solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for potential collaboration and integration of AI solutions
- Communicate and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management, to drive understanding and support for AI initiatives
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of AI solutions and make recommendations for improvements or updates as needed.
Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Algorithms, Techniques, And Tools, With A Focus On Their Application In The Banking Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Banking Technology Infrastructure, Including Data Management, Security Protocols, And Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Ai Projects In The Banking Sector, With A Deep Understanding Of The Challenges And Opportunities Of Integrating Ai Into Existing Systems And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Innovation And Achieve Business Goals.
Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry. Relevant Certifications In Ai And Data Science Are Also Desirable.
