  1. Develop and maintain the overall information security strategy for the organization, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of technical security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, encryption, and vulnerability management.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze security events and logs to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
  5. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into system designs and implementations.
  7. Mentor and guide junior members of the information security team, providing technical guidance and support.
  8. Stay current on emerging security threats and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the information security program.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and other stakeholders on the state of the organization's information security posture.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with external auditors and regulators, providing necessary documentation and evidence to demonstrate compliance with security requirements.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the information security program.
  12. Participate in incident response and crisis management activities as needed.
  13. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to security.
  14. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, and maintain relationships with external security professionals and organizations.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Including At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Frameworks And Regulations Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Network Security, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Information Security Programs In A Large, Global Organization.
