
User Experience (UX) Designer - Digital Channels and Analytics
At Citi, we are looking for a talented and experienced User Experience (UX) Designer - Digital Channels and Analytics to join our team. This individual will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders to create, evaluate and refine user-centered design solutions for our digital products and services.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is passionate about user experience design and best practices. They should have a strong understanding of user needs, a deep knowledge of design principles and a keen eye for detail. This individual should be a problem solver who is able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in UX design and digital channels is required, as well as experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of user research methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys and focus groups.
