  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory requirements to ensure Citi's products and services are compliant.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure trust and compliance standards are met.
  3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of product development and implementation.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and market trends to anticipate potential compliance issues.
  6. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address any compliance gaps.
  7. Communicate and educate employees on trust and compliance standards and best practices.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and provide guidance to other team members.
  9. Work closely with legal and compliance departments to resolve any compliance issues.
  10. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to promote a strong culture of trust and compliance within the organization.
  11. Create and maintain detailed documentation of compliance processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls to ensure the highest level of compliance.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on regulatory changes and network with other compliance professionals.
  15. Adhere to Citi's code of conduct and ethical standards in all job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
