  1. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of all products and services to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall compliance program.
  4. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  5. Conduct training and educational sessions for employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and investigate any potential compliance violations and take appropriate actions.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to senior management on the status of compliance efforts.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external partners.
  10. Ensure all compliance-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the compliance program and implement necessary changes.
  12. Review and assess any new products or services for compliance risks before launch.
  13. Assist with regulatory examinations and audits as needed.
  14. Communicate and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in compliance efforts.
  15. Uphold Citi's commitment to ethical practices and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Trust Compliance Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Trust And Fiduciary Regulations And Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Compliance Risks.

  • Experience With Audit And Regulatory Exams, As Well As Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures.
