  1. Greet and welcome clients to the bank in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist clients with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries about their accounts.
  3. Provide accurate and efficient cash handling services in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  4. Educate clients on various banking products and services and promote their usage to meet their financial needs.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  6. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Identify and report any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities to the appropriate authorities.
  9. Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve branch goals and targets.
  10. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to better serve clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Cash Handling Experience: A Teller At Citi Must Have Prior Experience In Accurately Counting And Handling Large Amounts Of Cash.

  • Customer Service Skills: Teller Is Often The First Point Of Contact For Customers, So Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential. This Includes Being Friendly, Patient, And Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism.

  • Attention To Detail: Teller Must Be Able To Maintain A High Level Of Accuracy When Handling Transactions And Balancing Their Cash Drawer At The End Of The Day.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services: Teller Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Citi's Products And Services In Order To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Inquiries And Needs.

  • Computer Proficiency: Teller Should Be Comfortable Using Computer Systems And Have Basic Knowledge Of Microsoft Office. This Includes Being Able To Enter And Retrieve Customer Information, Process Transactions, And Use Other Banking Software.
